These double chocolate coconut brownies are absolutely delicious and couldn't be easier to make! I used a basic brownie mix and mixed according to package instructions. I then added a handful of coconut shavings and a couple drops of coconut extract. I then chopped a 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips & 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. I mixed all ingredients together and poured into a greased 8 x 8 pan, if you would like the brownies to be thinner feel free to use a cake pan. I then sprinkled coconut shavings and additional crushed white chocolate & chocolate chips on top of the brownie mixture.
I baked in the oven per package directions, uncovered. Once toothpick inserted in brownie's comes out clean they are done. Let cool completely before cutting into them.
They were very good and I of course had way more than I would have liked!
